B Present Now

Welcome to B Present Now. The name of this website is a reminder
for me to remain present in the moment (now). I find myself distracted
by thoughts of what is next or what has happened in the past rather than staying focused on what is in front of me. To help manage this when making art, I take deep breaths focusing on the exhale in order to become centered and open to possibilities.
